marquisdejolie ::: Favorites Haha. 'Beer counsellor." No. The shelter was a zero tolerance sober living facility. An ohmsbudsman is someone who tries to help a certain group of folks; to speak for them. Usually unpaid. I was sort of like the Welcome Wagon in reverse. When guys got kicked out of the shelter for various minor infractions, I let them sleep in my car or drove them to other shelters or to the bus station down on The Nickel...stuff like that.
