The original call (with tones) went out like this: a theft occurred at the Factoria Mall Target with a knife. Target security was the caller. They followed the young male suspect to Old Country Buffet where he appeared to be eating with three females. As you can see, lots of units responded (including one traffic unit) and the main air was closed, but the dispatcher soon learned that there was no actual threat made; the suspect merely opened a package with a razor blade to shoplift what was inside of it. Apparently, he left the store without knowing that security was watching him the whole time. Police turned off sirens when they got really close and parked a little away from the restaurant so not to let the suspect know he was about to be caught. I think police arrested the kid. I just stuck around to see if the he would run; and when he didn't, I left. Not a big story, but from how the original call went out, it appeared to be. I decided to post the total raw footage just to change things up a little :)
