No I don't think He would create us sinful, since we are created in His image and He is without sin. Also, if that were true, then bynature, Jesus must have been born sinful when he was born, since it is a part od being human, right? Why is it when you tell a child...now don't take a cookie before dinner....But the child will take the cookie anyway just to test you? But if we did look at it like that, there are some things we could do to lessen the damage, but there is no cure except Jesus Christ.
