A bag that heavy won't move so much when you hit it. It will stay right there and force you to learn how to hit harder. The wild arm punches you throw really have no power behind them. Now don't get me wrong you have some potential. If you settle down and throw straight punches instead of the loopy ones you will notice a big difference in power! __________________________________________________ | |
