They sweep up large numbers of individuals, making a big show of it in the press, and then <b><i>maybe</i><b> rectify their errors afterwards. I wonder how he was treated while being suspected of terrorist involvement. They might say that they're erring on the side of caution, but that is debatable considering how drenched in fearmongering those actions are, and how reluctant they are to admit mistakes when made.
