Look close as area circled and you will see the bottom truss doesn't line up in the arch. This is slowed down and zoomed to aid view.Terrorism was ruled out before NTSB even showed up. Where Bolts Missing? Did construction on bridge vibrate bolts out? Has Bush lied and covered up "strange" things like Refinery fires? other bridge collapses? Trellace train bridge fire? Train Wrecks? bt071971 ::: Favorites From what i see of this accident, the traffic was being rerouted due to repaving of the interstate. This would offset the balance of the weight distribution. At the time of the collapse a train was going underneath the bridge. I think the vibration of the train along with the uneven weight distribution caused this collapse starting with the steel rafters nearest to the train which caused the rest of the structure to collapse once that gave way. 07-08-04 15:40:54 _____________________________________________________
bt071971 ::: Favorites The only possible conspiracy theory would be if the train was carrying explosives and was detonated precisely as it was going under the bridge. But looking at aerial photography there is no explosive damage to the train, just simply a crushed train under the bridge. Nor is there any eyewitnesses saying there was a huge explosion before the bridge fell. I am saying, the news reported no terrorism before a very thorough inspection could be performed (Before NTSB even got there). Maybe dogs didn't sniff any explosives. We all know dogs noses work well in 16 feet of water. But are explosives the only thing they would do? bt071971 ::: Favorites I saw the area of the bridge you circled, it did look slightly off but there were doing construction, however the bridge collapse started at the opposite end.
